A sandbox Tabletop RPG designed for Oneshot Adventures
RISING started as a University Project as well but even after the team handed it in some of us are still continuing developement.
The world is uniquely build with giant kilometer-high trees which house different cities. The higher one goes the weaker becomes gravity, allowing for exciting movement and adevntures. Since the system is designed for Oneshots we did not implement a leveling system but instead want players to prepare for situations and gain advantages through weapons and equipment.
Mutations for charakters still allow to build your own unique hero to play with and depending on your mutations they have more or less impact in the world and on the player.
RISING is not yet finished but when it is it will be put online for open access for people to enjoy. A PDF that gives an overview over the current state of the game is available down below.
